The seduction of simplicity is the phrase that best describes the architectural proposal for these residential villas. A proposal that seeks to capture the essence of Andalusian architecture with its white washed walls and an enchanting sense of freshness to its interior. Following this approach, we reinterpreted the typical white exterior walls of Mijas, with a more contemporary finish, which unified the geometries of the architectural volumes and created a connection with the surrounding context. In contrast, wood emerges within the interior voids and other elements such as the staircase. This contrast is proposed to create a sense of transition from the exterior and introduces warmth to the interior spaces.
